Terms & Conditions

Roundtable Promotions and Publicity reserve the right to enforce the following terms and conditions with regards to all attendance and admissions with events it sponsors or promotes.

Each purchase of admission or ticket sold is a bearer instrument for admission to an event, space available. Entrance or the intent of entrance in to any event indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions posted publicly here by Round Table Promotions and Publicity.

It is considered to be revocable license for entry in to a private event and may be confiscated at any time without refund of purchase price for violation of terms, including but not limted to, any or all of the following terms and conditions listed here.

Violation of any venue rules or policies and any and all applicable local and state laws, conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, harmful to others in attendance or considered generally in poor taste is prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Participants are only allowed in either specifically indicated spaces or common areas of any venue used. Any ingress in to unsanctioned space may be regarded as criminal trespass, and cause for both expulsion from the event and criminal prosecution by the venue operators.

Roundtable Promotions and Publicity is not responsible for the conduct of any or all persons in attendance during any specific event. Any damage caused to private property whatsoever may be deemed the responsibility of a ticket holder, who then  may be held liable for restitution based on damages.

Only tickets obtained from Round table Promotions and Publicity or purchased from its authorized affiliates will be honored. Tickets or admissions that are either distributed or resold without authorization may be confiscated without refund or exchange. Tickets specifically for admission are not valid if reproduced in any manner.

Violations of State and local laws may be punishable by prosecution under state and local laws, including both fine and/or imprisonment.

In cases where tickets are bought or sold online using such programs or third party payment sides as Eventbrite.com, PayPal, Google Checkout or other online and third party software solutions; all terms and conditions associated with use of such software also apply. In cases of any disputes, the record as kept by the software will be recognized as the final determination. Roundtable Promotions and Publicity is not responsible for any spyware, malware, compromise of data or ingress to computer systems as a result of any online transaction.

Any ticket, if lost or stolen, at the sole discretion of the promoter on the day of the event may or not be replaced. Any ticket that is unused does not qualify for a refund of the purchase price. The promoter may issue a full or partial refund, at his sole discretion, up to 48 hours before the published start time of the event.

Any ticket not paid in full for before the published scheduled start time of an event may be subject to additional charges and fees, including finance charges, collection fees other costs associated with collecting a debt. Anyone owing a debt to Round Table Promotions & Publicity or its vendors, suppliers or sponsors may be denied admission to an event until time where the debt is paid in full.

Roundtable Promotions and Publicity is not responsible in any form or manner for the attendance of any invited speaker for its events. In case of non-attendance, RP&P reserves the right to substitute an appropriate speaker or content. The promoter may or may not issue a full or partial refund, at his sole discretion, based on the circumstance of the event.

At any event where food is sold or furnished, Roundtable Promotions and Publicity nor its caterers, suppliers or sub-vendors are responsible for any allergic reactions to the food or are under any obligation to list the contents of such food consumed. It is considered the responsibility of the attendee to inform the promoter well in advance of any allergies or health conditions that could impact their experience and well-being at any and each event. Reasonable accommodation will be attempted by promoter with proper advance notice.

Other terms and conditions, generally associated with the staging and hosting of events and the attendance and participation of those at such events apply.

These terms are subject to change and updates at anytime and may be made without prior, formal or written notice.
