CHALLENGING TIMES
To
honor this
milestone, we
are collecting donations in support of two local families:
-
A single mother in her late 20's has two school age children ages 5 and
7; her son has
Cerebral Palsy. He needs one-on-one instruction and help from a
learning specialist over the summer.
Insurance will not pay for this and she can not afford the costs out of pocket. We will help them by funding the cost of these services for as long as we can. (Approx. $100 each week.) - A local family of five, where the husband / father must travel from Metro Detroit down to Cincinnati for a medical procedure for a week's in June. While the $3,500 cost of his treatment is covered, it is being done out patient, not in a hospital. They need help with traveling for treatment and staying in a hotel for a week. (Accommodations, meals transportation: $500.00 ) To help these families, click on this link, go to the bottom of PayPal and use a credit or debit card. It is pre-set for $25.00, but you may change it to reflect your level of generosity.
