Please
read these carefully. By tendering cash or cash equivilant for making a
purchase from this site or at in person at an event hosted or sponsored
by Roundtable Promotions and Publicity, this indicates that you
accept these as the terms and conditions of admission.
We issue
both electronic
tickets and reservations via email. We also may sell admissions in
person at an
event. You may be asked to present identification, an email and/or the
information in the
email to gain admission to the event. Failure to do so may result in
refusal of admission for which Roundtable Promotions and Publicity
cannot be held responsible.
Ticket
Terms and Conditions
1. Your ticket is
issued subject
to the Rules and Regulations of the venue, event organiser and
promoter. Full details are available on request.
2. Please check any
confirmation emails immediately as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. It is the
responsibility of
the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and
the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or
rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders
of the cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all
ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of
the event.
4. The management
reserves the
right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and
Regulations of the venue, event organiser or promoter. The management
may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety
of the patrons.
5. We regret that
tickets cannot
be exchanged or refunded after purchase. The Management cannot be held
responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. Roundtable
Promotions and Publicity reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings
which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
6. Tickets are sold
subject to
the management's right to alter or vary the program due to events or
circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to
refund
monies or exchange tickets.
7. If this ticket is
re-sold or
transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the
promoter, venue Management, Roundtable Promotions and Publicity or one
of their authorized sub-agents, it may be only be done so with the
expressed consent of Roundtable Promotions and Publicity. Any
unauthorized sales or sales for greater then 1.45% of face value may
result in the ticket being voided and the holder may be refused entry
to, or ejected from the venue.
8. Any reservation, verbal or
written, and then issued is
considered to be a request for invoice by the requestor. This is then
considered as a obligation by the requestor to take the place
specifically saved as shown by the intent of the reservation.
These may
be canceled up to 48 hours in advance of the event if recieved by
Roundtable Promotions and Publicity without any penalty. Any
reservation canceled after that time may, at the option of Roundtable
Promotions and Publicity, be billed to the requestor either in full or
a prorated as a percentage of the admission as a cancelation fee and is
then considered NET: 14 days from the day of the event.
9. The
Promoter, venue Management and Roundtable Promotions and Publicity
accept no responsibility for any personal property.
10. All of these
terms and conditions are governed by Michigan Law.
11. The ticket
holder must comply with all relevant laws, safety announcements and
venue regulations whilst attending the event.
12. Breach of any of
these
conditions or any unacceptable behavior shall enable the venue or event
management to eject you from the venue.
13. Tickets may be
restricted to
a maximum number per person, if indicated by the ordering system. We
reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.
14. Roundtable Promotions and Publicity is under no obligation to issue
a reciept of the transaction without your consent. Unless other wise
agreed upon in advance
of an event, all admissions are considered due in full at the day of
the event.
15. Failure to pay for an event or defraud Roundtable Promotions and
Publicity for the admission or other sales related to an event may
result in any and actions to secure and collect this as a debt. These
may
include, but are not limited to, turing the matter over to a third
party for collection, litigation on the part of the organization or
attempts to collect the debt from a company for whom the purchaser is
employed or was employed at the time of admission.
Anyone suspected of such actions is barred from any future events until
the matter is resolved to the satisfaction of the event promoters.
16. These terms are subject to review and change at any time without
advance notice on the part of the promoter.
